Can't recharge my iphone?
-
I have an old iPhone 3G, probably about two years old. The phone fell on the floor yesterday resulting in the home button not working. When I tried to do a back up on iTunes, the phone would not connect or recharge. I have less than 10% power remaining. The phone was never upgraded. I need to get my pictures and videos off the phone. I am not worried about the phone working again. I do not have enough battery life to send all pics and videos by email. The people in Genius bar says they can't help or send the phone off to be fixed because of the Data Protection Act. Have you got any suggestions. The pictures and videos are very important to me.
