The main objections to the Windows system are the extra taps, the screen size: 240x240 compared to Palm OS's 320x320, no USB phone as a modem for laptop "out of the box", and half as much operating system memory. The Windows Mobile version does offer support for a Secure Digital WiFi card, and if you use Windows on your computer, then it will look very familiar. I think Mac users would prefer the Palm system.
