Touch screen not responding?

How To solve CSL Blueberry touch screen not responding/functional?

I have A CSL Blueberry phone.. this hand phone have been broken and the LCD broke.. So I send it to repairing shop. So after 1 month the hand phone is repaired. New LCD, new Touch screen.. The worst part is, after 2 weeks the touch screen no more give responding.. Thanks God there is a keypad.. I can't use the handphone propely because of this problem.. please help me..
Answer:

if the touch screen not functioning, suppose you get back to the shop. actually this phone still under warranty right? maybe it not properly install and of course in technical part we cannot do anything. Just return it to repair the phone. that best solution, touch screen don't have any setting to fix that problem
