Blackberry bold 9700 vs htc - which is the best phone for me?

I am looking to replace my phone and I need some advice as to what phone will suit my needs. I am inclined to pick the blackberry as I do not do well with touch phones but I am willing to comprimise if the HTC is better suited for me Now the questions I wanted to ask were as I will be using my phone as a mini laptop so i can access emails and files etc what would be the best phone? Can i open pdf files on a blackberry? all advice is welcome, thank you

HTC would be a better option for you. I used to be a Blackberry user at one time and while it remains a good phone, I found that the interface started lagging after a couple months of use. You can open PDF files on a Blackberry but everything considered, I prefer (and have moved on to) HTC.
