Why doesn't my bbm work on my blackberry?

Blackberry BBM won't work?

  • I have recently got a Blackberry Peal 3G on pay as you go, but i am using my Orange contract. I cant get my Blackberry Messenger to work it says i am pending when my friends try to add me. My facebook app wont work either as it says my service plan doesnt support it. But i have 500MB of Mobile internet browsing. How do i get my facebook and bbm to work?

    You need the BIS>data plan supplied by Blackberry,all berrys need data to get on the net,and the only one that they will except is the Blackberry Internet Service>Data plan,this is supplied via your service supplier,in your case orange.The 500mb,is no good you have to have the BIS data plan it costs £5.00 per month extra....
