How do i get internet browser on my unlocked blackberry tour 9630?

  • I have AT&T and I just bought an unlocked blackberry tour 9630 from best buy. When I put my SIM card in i have no internet, not even a browser. I bought this unlocked phone because my old phone broke and i still have a year until i can get an upgrade. How do i get the internet browser on my phone?
