Why is my blackberry pearl (red) screen turning yellow?

OK, so I got a red blackberry pearl like 2 weeks ago from wirefly.com (they screwed me over.... said that they were giving me some service plans that they didnt even give me). Anyways, my phone hasnt been wet, exposed to heat, or damaged at all! But the loading screen turns yellow and the graphics have like a dragging affect. Why is my phone doing this.... I want to call cingular.... but last time i had a problem I called and they had me do all sorts of things for like 3 hours and it wasnt fixed.... So I came on here and it got fixed when I looked up the question. So I am back for more help!!! The help is deeply appriciated!
