On my blackberry pearl, my call log keeps disappearing?

Blackberry curve deleting sms, blackberry messenger conversations, and call log!?

• I have a blackberry curve and it keeps on deleting my sms messages, my blackberry messenger conversations, and my call log! I have a memory card and all of my pictures are stored on it. It is extremely aggravating! I finally took it to Cellular South and they cleaned it for me and told me to delete unnecessary apps and themes because they apparently take up a lot of device memory. They told me that would for sure solve the problem.. Next day it's doing it again.. Does ANYBODY know how I can fix this before I take it back again??

  Make sure that all your pictures are stored on your memory card and not the phones on board memory. I talked a friend into getting a blackberry and he had the same problem. His turned out to be a bad phone out of the box. Things like this happen to all phones not just blackberry so don’t think that they are all junk. I have had the BOLD for 5 months and think it’s the best phone out and that is after having the iphone 3g. Also try checking out crackberry.com.
