Can I charge my BlackBerry Curve while it's on?

My blackberry curve won't charge?

  • i can't seem to get my blackberry curve to charge. i plug it into the wall & it will charge for 5 seconds, & then it stops. i've tried it with the computer as well. it seems that if i unplug it from the computer & then plug it back in, it charges again for 5 seconds. can anyone help me out here, please? thxx <3

  • Answer:

    A friend of mine had the same issue with his Curve. He had to plug it into his computer and do a back-up then a restore and the problem went away.

sounds like the connection is the problem...you could try taking out the battery and waiting a few sec then putting it back in...see if that changes anything. Otherwise you may have to bring it in to get fixed...Sorry!

Try a second USB cord, if that does not work, then the USB port on the phone is bad.

Maybe you just need a new battery.
