How do I remove a virus from my Blackberry Tour?

  haha i had soooo much fun trying to remove my battery... not! its really hard for some reason. First you remove the back case (there's this silver button close to the bottom of the phone on the back, push that upward and the whole back should come off). After that you just need to struggle with the battery. The way I finally did it was at the top left of the battery holder there's a little gap. I just dug my fingernail into it, and eventually pried it out. I know its hard, but just keep on trying. If you don't wanna use your fingernail, try using a dime or something. Good luck!! p.s. I had to figure this out while on the phone with verizon tech support, after the call ended I looked at the timer, it took me 12 minutes or something to figure that sucker out!! Hope it takes you less time :P
