Install blackberry themes?

How to i download a theme to my blackberry on a mac?

okay...i have a blackbery 8310 (i know its kind of old) running on 4.5 2 themes that i like and i have the .cod .jad and .alx versions of them i need EXACT specific instructions on how to get them onto my phone. i have tried 7 times already. all of the instructions on the internet are for the PC version of blackberry desktop software. like there is no loader.exe on mac. when i get in the application loader i check the boxes for install then press start and it loads for a second, then its done. but when i check my phone i dont see them in "Options>themes" or in advanced>applications. then i do it again and the boxes are unchecked. PLEASE HELP thanks! :) PS i have to do it through the desktop thin, i dont have internet on it yet :/
