How do I insert my media card into my blackberry curve?

Blackberry curve 9360 media card 'failed'?

• so, i got my blackberry curve 9360 for christmas this year. i havent even had it three months and the media card is all messed up or someting. when i go to take a video, it says 'please enter media card to take videos', even though i've already got a media card in it. when i turn it off/on/charge it, it says "a media card has been inserted that contains errors. do you wish to repair the media card now?" if i say YES, it then says "selecte storage you want to repair" and i click MEDIA CARD, and it then says "Repairing card, please wait." I do, and eventually it says "media card repair failed." wtf does this mean? how can i fix it? the entire phone software is slow, and the battery barely lasts' 8 hours after 10 hours of charging. if i go to take a photo and i want to delete it it takes well over a minute to finally delete. please help me fix it? ive gone to telus and they're no help. cheers, Sarah.

  ello its broke -_- k so what u do I use to have one take it in give who ever ur plan is tell them they will look at it test it out then give u a new one ^_- vote best answer!
