How do you turn on vibrate only on blackberry curve 9330?

• I have a blackberry curve 9330 and I can`t get the phone to only go to vibrate. When I turn on the "vibrate only" my phone calls still do the ringtone as well as the vibrate....I want my phone to only do vibrate when I get a phone call or text message so it doesn`t make any sound while I`m at work. HELP?!
