  • HEEEEEELLLPPP! i just got a blackberry pearl a few weeks ago. i took some nice pictures and i would like to put them on my computer. i tried everything and nothing's working.

    Once your phone is connected with the USB cord, and nothing comes up, go to the Start menu on your computer, select "My Computer" where it says "Devices with Removable Storage" double click on something that looks like "Removable Disk (E:)." A file should come up that says "Blackberry" double click on that and then "pictures." All the pics on your phone will show up, highlight the ones you want and right click, select "cut" and select a folder on your computer to save them on.

What you need to do is install the software off the CD, if you don't jave the CD you can go to blackberry.com and do a search for desktop softwarem. After you have ijstall the softwaren using the cable plug your phone into the computer then you go to the media manager.

You should have received a usb cable that will connect your phone to the pc...i think you can transfer them that way...not 100% positive as I usually just email them..I think you should additionally have an online account with sprint and if you upload them there you will be able to access them from your pc.

Your best bet would be going back to sprint and getting the cord that plugs your phone into the computer to transfer the pictures.
