When will the new Blackberry Pearl be available?

My Blackberry Pearl 8110 new media card won't work it did work but now when i insert it it just says....?

• a media card has been inserted that contains errors. To correct the errors please use a disk error checking utility on a computer but what disk!!! I have no disk that I know about and it didn't come with one either!!! someone please help me i don't know what to do this is very confusing. at this point i have had a rough past with blackberry phones and anything that goes with it! i will never ever in time get another blackberry device and i advice others not to get it..

  I've had this on my new Pearl too. Your media card needs to be formatted to clear this error. as it's a new one, theres no data (photos music etc) on there to loose. This does not affect its connectivity to your email. [NOTE: For other people reading this who have been using the device for a while, try recovering data before formatting the card} Got to Options, Advanced Options and Media card. From here, bring up the menu (button to the left of the rollerball) and go to Format Card. From now on, when you start up you won't see the error any more.
