How to get msn on my blackberry curve 8520?

Blackberry curve 8520 call failed plz help!!!!?

blackberry curve 8520 not calling or receiving calls or txts, bbm msn internet emails do work when i make a call it says call failed when i call it it says user busy i have good EDGE signal strength but it says no coverage i have removed the Battery and put it bak in didnt help anything i have changed the sim it is unlocked to any network i noticed in the setting the was an call channel option is tht inportant beacause there is no channels i still get all my other sevices tho i did think it was blocked but i checked the imei number on a website and it wasnt blocked please help me
