How to download free apps for iTouch?

How come when i download free apps to my itouch 2generation after a weak or two they stop working ?

then everytime i install them 2 weeks later the apps dont work and i have to reinstall them.

Because you haven't followed proper procedure. Your supposed to soak the machine in water for a few hours and then give it a fresh base coating of vasaline. The apps should hold out an extra week if you do that! Good luck!
