Why won't my bluetooth work?

Why wont my bluetooth work ?? ?

  • okai i just got a new phone a sony ericson walkman one and my old phone was a samsung, i want to be able to send stuff from my samsung phone to my new phone but when i search my devices my walkmas doesnt show up all my settings are right my bluetooth is visible and turned on im just really confussed :P what should i doo ?? wb asap please joelz x x x

    even your explanation here is so confusing, so no wonder you are also confused. do you know how does a bluetooth works? try to read well what you had stated above if the three devices have connection with each other. -first, you mentioned on sony ericson "walkman" -second, your old phone is samsung -third, you want to transfer stuff from samsung phone to your new phone? (what is your new phone?) *bluetooth is only possible if two devices have the bluetooth function. so i guess your old phone has no bluetooth feature!

Are you sure that the walkmans visibility is on. goto settings>conectivity>blue tooth>turn on>then turn the visibility on.

check that walkmans visibilty is on if not try switching it on. if that fails contact bluetooth customer services for advice and information. check to make sure that you have a walkmans in the first place.

BOTH phones need to be visible and paired and to do that you need to enter a pairing code in BOTH then BOTH need to be authorised to each other then only then can you echange files en-masse.
