Htc cha cha vs blackberry 8520?

planning on buying a new phone. which one should i go for? have heard that htc cha cha is awesome but have slight issues with internal memory. on the other hand, blackberrys are kindda boring. need advice1 :)

The 8520 is a horrible device. No 3G (the Cha Cha is a 3G device). No GPS (the Cha Cha has GPS). Only 128MB of RAM (the Cha Cha has 512MB). Horrible 2MP camera without flash or auto focus (the Cha Cha's is 5MP with flash). The Cha Cha has a front facing camera. The Cha Cha has a faster processor. Get the Cha Cha.
