How to put music on blackberry curve?

I just downloaded the blackberry desktop thing and i am trying to drag my music from i tunes to the music section on blackberry desktop but it does that red sign that means no and i have no clue how to work this!! Can someone please help! This is my first ever smartphone. Its a blackberry curve 9360 Thank you so much!

Itunes music is not generally compatible with devices that are not mac products (ipod, iphone, ipad).
