Can someone help me with my psp warranty?

Can someone please help with my psp?

  • sometimes when im on the internet on my psp it will just shut off....and no its not the battery, because if it was the battery dies it shows a battery symbol and then it shuts off. But with mine my battery is fully charged and then all of a sudden the psp shuts off, someone please help me... thanks

    Dont matter if it does it fully charged or not, dont mean the battery still cant be bad..id try plugging it in and see if it does it while its plugged in, and if it doesnt shut off its safe to say its a battery issue if not..try changing firmwares or downgrading. Also have you taking your battery out and putting it back in?

move your hand off the power switch. i still dont understand why sony decided to put it there.. its worthless. at least they understood enough to move the wlan switch on the slim.
