Does the tether blackberry application use my b.i.s internet service plan?

• will the tether application will allow me to use my ''unlimited'' b.i.s internet plan othrough my blackberry on my laptop or will it use normal data charges? also how do i know what is being charged for normally or what is downloaded using b.i.s., i have been told the blackberry symbol next to the 3g sign indicates b.i.s is being used but even on youtube it still apears? thank you.

  I would assume you have to have a plan that includes unlimited tethering, not just unlimited internet.
