My blackberry curve won't turn on?

My blackberry curve wont turn on? help me please?

  • Hey there guys i need help!!!! i had a blackberry curve for a about a year and it was working perfectly! then i got a new phone and left the blackberry in my draw for about a week or so and the battery died during this time ..... i came to use it again today so i put it on charge, AFTER ABOUT 5 SECONDS THE RED LIGHT CAME ON FOR ABOUT 10SECONDS , THEN WENT OFF, 10 SECONDS LATER THE SCREEN CAME ON AND IS WHITE WHITE A BATTERY WITH THE CHARGING STRIKE COMING THROUGH THE BATTERY...... 10 SECONDS LATER IT GOES OFF AGAIN AND THEN NOTHING HAPPENS!!!! help me pleaseeee how do i fix this!?!?!?!!??!!?!!?!

    If your battery isn't bad this will work. Plug your BB into the charger. Take the battery out with it still plugged in. Wait two minutes then put the battery back in (still plugged in). Let it charge for a minimum of an hour before touching any keys or the trackpad/trackball.

Means your phone does not recognize battery, need to replace for a new one. If you know someone with same phone, borrow battery to try on your phone, if problem same, than you should try to update your software, it can be done wthout battery.

Oh that happened to me when I had to get a new battery the other day...leave your phone charging for about 10 mins, take the battery out and put it back in..see if that worked:)

Try charging it for about 2 hours, then call the carrier to help you reload the software. Good luck
