How do i upgrade my blackberry pearl software?

I have the blackberry pearl and i have downloaded the software every icon opens except the media manager?

  • i am trying to put music on my blackberry pearl. i have the memory card and it is installed correctly. the problem is i can not open the media manager icon in the blackberry desktop manager. all of the other icons open with no problem. it is driving me crazy. all i want to do is add music to my phone! can someone please help me figure this out. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the software....twice!!!
