How to set up email on Blackberry Curve 8520?

I go to settings and then set-up wizard and go to email set up. Then it only gives me ONE option which is Blackberry enterprise server e-mail... which i do not have or want, plus you need a blackberry password to do that. How do i set up a normal email account to my blackberry? please help! thanks!

Your BlackBerry Internet Service was not set up properly. Contact AT&T and they will help you set it up.
