How do you get the little symbols?

How do i get those little symbols(hearts,weird letters,etc.)on my username??

• I've been wondering how to get those things on my username,I can't figure out how to get a heart or a letter that looks sorta strange on my username,and was wondering how do do that. I've figured out how to get a square,but not the rest. Also,I am doing this all on a blackberry,and can't use the computer currently,so I think I have a limited amount of symbols,but I'm not sure. I can click on a button that says 'symbols' and it shows these: [ < { « ~ = ± “ ^ % ] > } » \ ÷ ` ” & $ € Â¥ £ • | ¤,and there are also these symbols besides letters and numbers: # * ( ) _ - + @ / : ; ' " ? ! , . Is it possible to upload more symbols? If so,how? Or is there another way to get other symbols? Also,how do I flip the symbols upside down? Like a question mark? Thanx so much!

  for ♥ press alt and 3 on the # pad together. then release the 3 after release alt. do same w/ the following press: 1 ☺ 2 ☻ 3 ♥ 4 ♦ 5 ♣ 6 ♠ 7 • 8 ◘ 9 ○ 10 ◙ 11 ♀ 13 ♪ 14 ♫ 15 ☼ keep experimenting w/ diff #s hope that helped :)
