Why can't I get picture mail on my Blackberry Pearl ?

    You do need a BlackBerry data plan in order to receive picture messages. If you are using Sprint, however, they don't allow picture messaging on their BlackBerry devices for some reason. If you are using T-Mobile, you can contact them and ask them to enable the Feature Enabler package. This will allow for free MMS messages as long as you are subscribed to a texting plan . This way you don't have to have a BlackBerry data plan if you don't want it.

You have to subscribe to a data plan, Blackberry has certain plans that go with it. If you dont have one you wont be able to get email or pics or other things. They are expensive but good plans

well i have the same phone, and that happened to me to, so i went and asked them why it wont work, and they said that i had to like buy it or somethingt lol. but yeah go talk to your compony thingy if that s not your problem. ashly xoxo
