What is the best ereader ?

  • I dont want music or videos only need it for reading an it must have different size text for easy reading an would like to see the cover of the books so would like it in color can any one help me find what i need thank you all ...

    The best is acctually the most simple: A plain Kindle from Amazon, using e-ink, only $79. Because it uses e-ink, it has a amazing quality, similar to acctual print. And e-ink has special technology so unlike other screens, it doesn't glare in the sun. Also, amazing battery. It can last a whole month on a single charge. What more could you want from a simple e-book reader? And, for (I think) $130, you can get a 3g version, so you can download e-books on the go. No data plan, contract or anything. Unlimited (Granted, a kindle isn't exactly the best web browser, but, again, it's just a simple e-book reader). Also, in response to Kurtis and not related to this post really, a KIndle FIre isn't exactly the best. Sure it's a good enough tablet, but, and while I'm not an Apple Fan-boy, iPad is still perhaps the best tablet out there. Kindle Fire was designed on purpose to be a 'good enough' budget tablet. And didn't see what this guy said? Simple e-book reader with out music or video.

If you want color, get the Kindle Fire ($199) which is better than its competitor, the Nook Tablet ($249). You don't need color, as the grayscale e-readers still have advanced multi-level grayscale graphics. For this, I would recommend the Kindle Touch 3G ($149) which allows 3G access for free (seriously!)

the kindle fire is probly the best. it can do all that and if you ever did want to play music and games and videos it can do that to.
