Blackberry Pearl - Deleting messages?

I've been using the blackberry for awhile... at first when i got it was fine... but now... it's deleting my SMS Text on its own... i have checked the options and i have set it to Save Text FOREVER, and yet it still deletes all my messages... how can i change it so it doesn't do this again...

Have you downloaded a program or something new to your phone Ex a game, an application? Well now a days viruses are not only for computers, there has been an increase of phone viruses. Here is an EX. http://www.engadget.com/2004/12/29/new-virus-hits-symbian-smartphones/ So that can be a reason, so always be care full of what you download to your phone.
