Would Nintendo still repair my DS?

Nintendo DS Lite Repair Help?

  • I need to send my product for repair to Nintendo, but I do not know where and how much it will cost, the problem is that I didn't charge it and it has gone dead, so please can you tell me any solutions and can you tell me where to send it and how much. Also, I am not under any warranty, so I know it will cost alot, please tell me the price in GB Pounds I really need help,

    Not too long ago while out for the day, someone tried to grab my daughters DS from her, where instead it fell to the ground and cracked. I called Nintendo and explained what happened. They mailed me an envelope, which I put the DS in and sent to them. With in no time flat we had a replacement DS. FREE! We had no warranty, and it cost nothing!!!! I will ALWAYS do business with Nintendo. They have a customer for life! Call Nintendo and go from there. Good luck!

go to nintendo's website and they will have all the adress info you need

Just get a new battery and it probably wont cost a lot. Try finding it out online and if it cost more than what you bought it for then just get a new one, or just get the NEW Nintendo DS

Did you call Nintendo first? I doubt they'd charge you for the repair before you know how much it will be. Call them and talk to a person if you can, and don't give them your credit card information. They SHOULD contact you before fixing anything to give you an estimate. Also, when you say you didn't charge it, you probably should try that to see if it still works :-P In the future buy a warranty! Hand-held consoles love breaking.
