Is the blackberry curve 8520 the right phone for me?

  • i am looking for a new phone, my friends all have the blackberry so i was thinking tht i cld blackberry chat wiv them if i had the blackberry. I have no idea which is the best blackberry for me but after i did a little research i found tht the bberry curve 8520 could be gd 4 me ! Am i right? My requirements are: a cool looking phone not to bulky and easy to handle wi-fi and 3g a gd camera facebook and other chat apps web browsing good quality display easy to use email atm i have the iphone 3g, which is ok but it always randomly swiches off and i have to re-boot and it is getting a bit annoying now. if i get a new phone i will probably get the new ipod nano, is tht better then just staying with the iphone 3G? please help thnx LOTS OF POINTS FOR THE BEST ANSWER!

Personally I would recommend getting a good old Nokia 3210. Have you never heard the phrase "Jack of all trades master of none" let's take a closer look at your list a cool looking phone: Irrelevant to how well it works not to bulky and easy to handle: Fair enough wi-fi and 3g: Get a laptop or a web-book, phones are terrible at browsing, the screens too small and the ergonomics of the device are not designed for easy usage of browsers. a gd camera: There is yet to be a good camera phone, and there never will be, due to the sensors being about as large as my little finger nail. facebook and other chat apps: Ermm, if you can browse the web, and why else would you want 3G, then you can get to facebook (Duh!) web browsing: See above good quality display: On a phone? You'll be lucky! easy to use: It's a bit hard for such a multi tasking device to be easy to use for everything... hence why none of them are email: See above If you want, easy to use Internet browsing, and a good camera then get your self a laptop or web-book, and an SLR, because there is yet to be a phone that made calls, took good quality pictures, and was easy to use for browsing!
