What is a good, cheap GPS system for my car?

What is a good GPS system for your car , I heard TOMTOM is good?

  • If so what models should I look at. Plus do you have to buy cd maps seperatly or is everything pretty much included. Peace,

  • Answer:

Definitely go for a Garmin or a Magellan. So far I think those are the best. Typically each unit also has a memory card slot to expand the maps on your GPS unit. Also depends what kinda features you want like touchscreen or voice activated.
