PSP video converter?

Hey guys. I'm looking for a good psp video converter that can change avi videos to mpg4. I've looked through the internet and have only found trial versions that cuts off half of the video or gives watermarks. So I basically want a free downloadable PSP video converter that is fully functional. ::Also if anyone knows, would the quality of a video with the resolution of 600x340 be any different from a video with a resolution of 480x272 on a psp? (a psp screen size is 480x272)

try pspvideo9.com, it is free, and fully converts your videos, it works to convert mpg's too. I'm pretty sure avi converts work too oh, and if the video resolution is better than accepted, the psp will reduce it to 480x272
