How to cut an mp4 format video?

  • I want to cut off this end of a video I made except windows movie maker cant read it and either does windows media player when i try watching it. It says its because its in an mp4 format. Is there another program i can use to cut it that doesnt cost any money to download? Or is there still a way i can cut it on windows movie maker somehow?? :S By the way the video is from a Flip camera if that helps..
