i just got my palm centro from at&t yesterday and i still cant figure out how to add contacts onto my phone. can someone tell me what to press and how to add contacts

okay first u go into contacts on your home screen. then u hit the button on the bottom of ur keyboard that has an arrow pointing down and a menu thingy on it ...then it should say new contact and u just hit that
