Why isn't my Blackberry connecting to the internet?

You have to contact your customer support & when you do specifically ask for someone who knows Blackberry. Some will wing it & waste your time.

Blackberry receive or is connect to the Internet network witlessly. In fact if you regulary to loose voice connection when you pass under a bridge or if you inside a subway sub-terrain,it's the same thing that apply. Maybe the best thing would be to contact your data provider.I hope for you it's not "RODGERS", they got the worst and most expensive data service. do you have a data plan with your service provider. Check if you do at oyur service providers costumer service, and ask them how to connect also.
