What are some good websites for free Ipod touch apps?

IPod Touch questions!!!?

  • What interesting/ unique/ unusual things can you do with an iPod touch 2nd generation? Just wondering if there is a cool (free) app that I haven't gotten. Or if there is something within an app I haven't tried. Or something totally cool I just haven't clicked. Something unique and difficult to find. I just want to be sure I'm using my iPod touch to the fullest. Not super interesting in jailbreaking the touch YET, so if you are going to suggest that, you can hold your thoughts. I won't vote that a best answer anyway. Are there any good websites with some unique ideas? Also, any tricks for using wifi? Saving battery? Really any cool and interesting information that maybe isn't super readily available is welcome. Break it down- Looking for: 1. Extremely fun, maybe not well known apps 2. Interesting & Unique ways/ things to do on/ with iPod touch 3. Good website with information about different things to do with touch 4. Unusual things to do with iPod touch (not looking to use it as a coaster or anything like that) 5. General iPod wifi searching 6. Tricks for getting wifi to stretch to my phone 7. Anything else you can think of that maybe not everyone knows!

    There are thousands of apps in the app store but i am sure you know that and have looked at them so besides that you can go to Safari on your touch and type in www.apple.com/webapps and you will find some more apps there. Some websites support flash for the touch and allow you to download videos from their sites but the only one's ive heard of are pornographic so i wont list them. So check out the apps store under the Free category and the site i listed above....now i will say even though you said you arent interested yet...jailbreaking is the way to go. when you jailbreak you gain access to thousands more apps and they are all free. when you are ready to take the plunge just go to youtube and research jailbreak ipod touch.
