When is the Blackberry Storm Coming Out?

  • I heard that there's a new Blackberry coming out called the Blackberry Storm/Thunder that has a touch screen and everything. It's being carried by the Verizon network...so do any of you know when it's coming out? And do you know if the data charges are optional, or do you have to pay for it no matter what like with the iPhone?

    I went into a Verizon wireless store yesterday and one of the associates informed me there is not a concrete date as of right now but 'hopefully sometime in November' or 'hopefully before Christmas'. So it seems we are all left to wonder a little. In order for the blackberry to be activated with Verizon, you must get a data plan. There are two plans for your use, either business or personal. It is either in the 30 dollar range for the personal or in the 40 dollar range for the business. Its not a bag price for unlimited data, email, and blackberry messenger. definitely third quarter of this year, it wont be out before 2nd of November. Most people are saying the first week of November but there's no confirmed answer
