Best reccommeded pda/phone for cingular ?

try the treo 750.. it's using windows OS.. internet access, retrieving emails, bluetooth, and you can also use it as a modem. an organizer and a mobile phone at the same time.. and also very good to look at a very good one.

I have messed around with the treos. If you do get one make sure there is a W at the end for example 650w or 700w or something like that. That states the OS that is installed. W for windows and p for palm. Both are good, but i like the windows version better.

if you are looking for every possible feature on a cell phone your only choice is the Cingular 8125 or 8525 as it comes loaded with Windows Mobile Pocket PC edition which basically means you have the option of editing Microsoft Word and Excel files, plus you get the benefit of having a full keyboard, the downside is it's sort of big compared to all the other smart phones... and you're looking at 39.99 a month for data Treo750 is nice but if your going to pay 399.99 you might as well get the Cingular 8525... If you're looking to spend a little less than defintly the Samsung BlackJack.. it comes with the smartphone edition so you arent going to be able to edit Word and excel spreadsheets but youre still getting the windows o/s... the other alternative would be a blackberry 8800. Full keyboard, not as big as the Treo 750 or 8525, the email is great, you can use applications like AIM, MSN, Yahoo, you can browse the internet and the data is a little cheaper 29.99 a month --
