Can I use Windows Media Player 10 to add music to my Treo 650?

I wouldn't recommend using media player. Your treo should come with an installation disc for your hot sync and palm desktop application. This disc will come with the newest version of "real player" on it. Drop your music in real player, connect your treo to your computer using the hot sync cord that also comes with your phone. on your treo, open up real player, push the middle button on your hot sync cord and it will automatically put your music on your treo. That way you will be able to turn your treo into an mp3 player. I wouldn't recommend buying an aftermarket program like pocket tunes, due the fact that you have a free program already in your device. Just a little warning, if you plan on putting music onto your treo, you will need to purchase an SD card, depending on how much music you plan to put on your treo, will determine the size of SD card you should buy. You can find any cheap SD card online. You will not be able to put music on your treo without one.

If you can sync your phone then maybe you can .. but I would download the newest version of media player and make sure you have Microsoft active sync installed if you don't have software for your phone .. opps having said that i just checked the specs on your phone and it does come with hot sync .. so your all set . you can also buy a blue tooth gogngle to connect to your computer but that would be slower ..but mp3 is mp3 and windows media player will work but again get the latest version ....
