Is the blackberry storm a good phone?

  • i recently purchased a blackberry storm. this is my first touchscreen phone. is it a good touchscreen phone? how is the "sure press" technology. i wont be using it for business, only for making calls, video recording, texting, internet, etc. is it better than the iphone?

    All the reviews I've read have said it's a good phone but it's simply not the iPhone.

**I own a BlackBerry Storm** I beleive it us a very good phone, but it can be kinda slow, it has a few comptibility issues with some apps, it has memory issues and on top of that it doesn't even have much Application Memory anyway so you'll run out of memory very quickly if you install too many apps. The SurePress is okay but it can become kind of "uncomfortable" and hard-to-use if you try to type really fast with the keyboard. It also has one of the suckiest cell phone batteries I've ever seen in my life. I much more prefer the iPhone 3G S. The BlackBerry Storm 2 is coming out VERY VERY SOON and it will be MUCH better and will fix most of these problems.

I heard that iPhone is still better, but it depends on the user and what they need. Also there is Storm 2 coming out on October..

No. I own one. A ton of software issues and it freezes all the time. The waiting in between requests for internet is too long. The iphone is better.
