How can I make phone calls the cheapest way internationally?

Is there a way to make a treo 600 recieve calls better? Is there something I can download I like the phone?

  angel...all of the issues you are having with your Treo are pretty much age related. The best thing would be to go with a Windows Mobile device. The good news is that you'll be out 150 or so with a two year plan. Let me know if you need anything else....
