How do I get songs from my itunes to my blackberry?

I want to transfer for songs from my itunes to my blackberry curve 8530. But the songs wont download and it says error. Anyone know how to?

Forget Media Sync, just connect the BlackBerry via the mini-usb-to-usb cable, then click "YES" when it the BB asks you if you want to access the data, then go to the songs you want to transfer, right click and then go to SEND TO and send it to the BlackBerry.
