to download music you have to connect your usb cord to your computer. you will get a popup and then from there you go to open folder to view files. you right click and the go to make a new file. you name the file music. now in your windows media player if u have music in there you right click watever song you want and go to where is sais open file location.click on that and copy the song and paste it to the music section of your psp folder. to do pictures and videos you do the same but make a new folder of pictures, videos

Well, what you want to do is get a usb cord that fits into the usb port in your computer and the usb port in the top center of your PSP. Once you get that usb cord, plug it into your computer and PSP. Then, turn your PSP on and go to usb connection under settings. The screen of the PSP should say 'usb connection'. If your computer does not recognize your memory stick/ PSP, try a different usb cord. If a file window that has a music, video, etc. does not come up on your computer, go to My Computer and select Drive L. The drive letter might be different on your computer, but mine is drive L. Put the music or video or whatever you want to put on the PSP in the appropriate folders. One thing about music- you can only put MP3 format music onto PSP. ITunes music won't register on the PSP. There is a way to format ITunes music though. I won't go into that, but I hope my response helps!
