Blackberry curve 8520 problems?

So many problems with my Blackberry Curve 8520, HELP?!?

• Sorry guys, more question about my new phone :( First of all, I want to transfer files from my laptop to my phone. I have tried connecting my phone to the usb and plugging it in to the computer it installs the software but won't complete the download for the media which is the one I need to transfer media across! I have also tried installing the disk this doesn't work either, I have been told that I need to buy a SD card to enable me to transfers files over, Is this true? Secondly, I seem to be having trouble with my bluetooth, I have connected to my sisters phone but when she tries to send a file across I keep getting the message sending failed, my bluetooth is always turned on so what could this problem be? I can't even go on my iternet to use my GB because I'm on pay as you go, could I change to any sim or bolt on so I could use the internet. I would be ever so grateful if I could have some answers, sorry again to be such a pain!

  Ok, first...you don't HAVE TO buy a memory card but considering you only have 256 MB of on board memory, it would be a good buy. If you cannot get the Desktop Manager to work just move the files manually. Plug your phone into the USB port > Your phone will probably prompt you for action "Do you want to turn on Mass Storage Mode" > Yes > from here just copy and paste your music into your music folder. Always remember when receiving files, you have to "Receive Using Bluetooth". I'm not sure about PAYG but I don't see why you can't get the bolt on.
