Which phone is better the blackberry bold or the blackberry curve 8900?

Overall which is a better phone, the Blackberry Curve 8900 or the Google G1?

  • please i need help. i would like to upgrade to a better phone and luv getting on the internet but am not tech savvy. need help decided which would work best for me the Curve 8900 or the Google 1?

    Hands down, no questions asked the 8900. Coming from an 8900 user it is the greatest tmobile phone ever. The browser is fast and the screen is large so it is almost like a real computer. The g1 has an awkward slide function to open the keyboard which I've seen break at least 3 times on g1's. Blackberries are more reliable and the touch screen aspect of the g1 is under developed and lacks the capabilities of other touch screen phones. The data on the g1 is also more expensive and you have to get the additional data plan unlike on the blackberry 8900. That is a no brainer. Bberries are simple, reliable devices and the g1 was a quick poor made phone. If you really like it wait for the g2 which is going to be a lot better than the g1

i would definitely say the curve 8900 because i just got one for AT&T yesterday, and its awesome and alot newer than the G1

Hey..go for blackerry. most of my friends have it and they say its the best phone they ever had

i dont know if i'd necessarily go with the 8900 for the blackberry. i have the last generation curve (though on verizon, tmobile has the 8330 also) and love it. to be completely honest your best bet is to stop into a tmobile store and test the phones. see which you like better and whats easier to use.
