How do i download songs or pictures from my computer onto my blackberry 7290?

Did your Blackberry 7290 come with a USB cable? Connect your USB cable to your computer, and either it will ask you to install a program for the hardware, or if a program is already installed for the Blackberry phone, it will sync automatically. Kind of like you do with an iPod.

The blackberry 7290 does not support photo backgrounds or mp3's. You can't. It does support old style MIDI files, here are the instructions: http://www.greghughes.net/rant/HowtoAddRingtonesToYourBlackberry7290.aspx

you download the songs to your cpu then u plug your blackberry into the cpu and there should be a thing that you click on it says sync and it syncs it-but sry idk bout pics

i use a blue-tooth dongle, as long as your phone has blue-tooth? or get the usb lead. or are you asking how you actually do it?
