How to put themes on my psp?

I know how to do everything like put cxmb on your psp nd stuff i've done all that and have about 40 .ctf themes on it. I've just downloaded an xbox 360 theme and its come up on winrar with two folders, one called Font and the other Vsh, how do i put this on my psp? Because i don't see any ctf files in it anywhere. Please help.
