why is it that i can't transfer downloaded music into my zune lilbrary? Question Details: I've downloaded a bunch of albums on spiral frog. I went to shared documents and opened my zune library and tried dragging the music to the littl zune picture but it wouldn't stay... wouls someone explicitly step-by-step explain to me xactly how this is done??? THANKS!!

Answer:
You need to have Windows XP or Vista, and the Zune cannot support that file wmp. you need to convert them to mp3. If that dosent work look on the internet or check the other awnsers. Good Luck!
