TI-84 SILVER EDITION HELP!!!!!!?

soo... ive tried everything to get these games on the TI-84 silver edition calculator, and whenever i plug the calculator into my computer my computer doesnt know its there. so whenever some site or ppl on yahoo answers says "send the file to the calculator's RAM" it cant be done!! i need some help ASAP please D:

You have to download the ti connect from the texas instrument website then download the games and you should be straight.
